Opportunity to grow business and champion NZ Post's service offerings
Busy role with a mix of new business development and a portfolio of key accounts
Join one of New Zealand's most trusted companies

NZ Post has been integral to the kiwi way of life for 170 years and as one of New Zealand's most trusted companies, we have a long history of transforming ourselves to meet the changing needs of our customers.

The opportunity

Our Sales Acquisition Team is responsible for growing, developing, implementing and championing New Zealand Post's domestic and International service offerings (encompassing Courier, Point to Point, Parcel Post and International). We are currently looking for a Business Manager/Key Account Manager to join our busy team!

This role will see you actively seeking out new customer opportunities whilst maximizing revenue and margin growth. You'll truly partner with these customers and develop solid relationships while seeking out new methods to provide additional customer orientated services that will provide new revenue streams for the business.

You will also be responsible for managing a small portfolio of select Key Accounts.

What are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you'll have proven experience in new business development and ideally be coming from a role that has allowed you to be well versed with the market.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills will be a given, and you'll be comfortable in an environment that allows you to be agile, adaptable and solutions orientated.
While a tertiary qualification is not a requirement, proven analytical, evaluative and problem solving skills will be essential.

Interested? We'd love to hear from you.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our forward-thinking and experienced team. You'll benefit from a competitive salary and benefits package, and the coaching of our high performing and supportive leadership team.

We are proud of our collaborative and inclusive culture that appreciates the power of diversity and allows creativity to thrive and innovation to flourish. Ask us about how your part-time or flexible working arrangements could work for you in this role.
