Based at the Whangarei Courier Depot, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative, who will deliver an exceptional level of customer service to our customers by resolving enquiries and providing solutions.

In this dynamic role you will:

  • Communicate clearly with all our customers in a calm and professional manner
  • Provide information and support regarding Courierpost products and services
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with customers and fellow staff alike

Some of the key things you'll possess to successfully perform this role include:

  • The availability to work Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Proven experience in customer service or retail to deal with a diverse range of customer queries
  • A willingness to learn and take on board our policies and procedures
  • Comfort using new systems and processes 
  • Strong communication skills to engage our customers, discuss products and services that they need and provide solutions.
