We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to join our Dunedin based operations centre on a 12-month fixed term contract, as we navigate our way through a period of transformation.
This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark and gain experience in a position that rarely becomes available. In this varied and challenging role, you will support the Service Delivery Manager to ensure the team’s financial and service performance targets are met. You will play an active part in managing, motivating and supporting your small team of customer service representatives and administrators, by providing clear direction and creating an environment where people want to do their best.
The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, multi-task and contribute to our positive team culture is vital for this role. It goes without saying that a solid geographical knowledge of New Zealand is a requirement of the successful applicant.
