New Zealand Post Properties manages the property portfolio on behalf of both New Zealand Post and Kiwibank. Your portfolio will cover the Upper North Island and will include retail branches and regional banking offices.
Operationally, your focus will be around financial performance including optimisation of investment, lease and tenancy management in line with the business needs. Through your exceptional ability to build relationships and foster trust, you will excel at working in partnership with landlords/tenants and internal customers alike, to realise successful negotiation of outcomes that complement the organisation's strategies and objectives.
As the perfect person for this role, you will need solid property management experience and a property related degree would be advantageous. You may also be someone from a facilities management background who has made the transition into property management. It goes without saying that knowledge of the Building Act, Health and Safety Act and other statutory requirements is also essential.
