Digital Communications Specialist
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role This is a hands-on digital role for someone who lives and breathes CRM, email and marketing automation. You will elevate our digital communications across eDM, social, display and search, delivering measurable outcomes for both business and consumer audiences. You will build smart, data-led campaigns that reach customers at the right time, in the right way. Working closely with Marketing, Digital, Data and Technology teams and agency partners, you will scope, build and optimise campaigns. If you enjoy turning complex information into clear customer communications and thrive on a test and learn mindset, this role will suit you. You'll achieve that by:

You are confident working with marketing platforms, comfortable in a fast-moving environment and motivated by building smarter, more personalised customer experiences.
