Working at our Auckland Processing Centre in Wiri, our Customer Service Representatives deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers.  You'll champion our products and services, provide suggestions and access information for our customers.   Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills.

What we need from you: 

• Monday to Friday: 05:00-13:30 
• Reliable transport to get to work on time
• Proven strong computer skills 
• Problem solving skills – can you think on the fly and find the best outcomes?
• Administration and data entry skills
• Confidence to interact with people from all backgrounds face to face, phone and email
