Process Lead | Christchurch Mail Centre | Full Time

As a Process Lead your role is critical to customer experience in ensuring freight or product is sorted, processed and dispatched correctly and that our couriers receive it for delivery on time. 

In this dynamic job you will: 

• Be responsible for preparing the machines for the type of mail to be run, including loading of sort plans. 

• Ensure all mail is processed according to set procedures and service standards. 

• B responsible for ensuring that processes around the machines are executed in a safe manner and in accordance with prescribed SOPs. 

• Be effective and focused on providing a customer centric service internally and externally with a commercial mind-set and ensuring nothing gets in the way of delivering what people care about.

To be successful in this role you will need to: 

• Must be available to work the following hours 

• Mon 06:00 – 16:00, Tuesday 06:00 – 16:00, Friday 06:00 – 16:00, Sunday 06:00 – 16:00 

• Be a committed teammate who puts customers first 

• Enjoy working hard and be confident managing your time 

• Have an accurate eye for detail and a sense of urgency 

• Have good geographical knowledge of towns, regions and streets.
