Working from our Te Puni Post Shop in Petone, our Mail and Customer Service Officers deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers at our front counters and by phone. You'll champion our products and services, provide suggestions and access information for our customers. This is for a fixed term to cover parental leave until Dec 2026. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills.

What we need from you:

Be available to work Thursday and Friday 7am - midday and Saturday 7.15am - 12.15pm
Reliable transport to get to and from work
Previous experience in a customer facing environment, ideally retail
Problem solving skills – can you think on the fly and find the best outcomes?
Administration and data entry skills
Confidence to interact with people from all backgrounds face to face, phone and email

All applicants will be required to provide proof of their eligibility to work in New Zealand. Any appointment will be subject to a satisfactory drug test and security check.
