Senior Marketing Specialist - B2B Marketing

  • Play a key role supporting NZ's largest online retailers to provide exceptional delivery experience for their customers.

Kōrero mōtetūranga - About the role  

In this role you'll drive the development and execution of marketing activities that contribute to achieving our business goals.  Working with senior stakeholders, you'll collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Insights teams to understand our customer needs and develop integrated marketing activities such as campaigns, events, and content marketing to drive commercial growth, customer engagement and brand preference for NZ Post.

Working alongside award winning specialist teams, you'll be a key part of driving the many exciting projects on the horizon.  You'll be part of a focused, engaged and fun team of professionals who have been on a big journey to transform and evolve our brand and business.

Mōu - About you 

As an experienced B2B marketing specialist, you'll be adept at working in large, complex organisations and be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of best practice B2B marketing.

With a background in either segment management, commercial marketing, channel marketing, or marketing communications, as well as B2B marketing, you'll have broad experience of delivering marketing initiatives.  You'll be well-versed in managing projects from start to finish and working with cross functional teams to deliver results. 

You'll be part of a high-achieving team, so in addition to the essential skills and experience you'll also be down to earth, intelligent and a savvy marketing expert.  You'll have a collaborative, proactive and engaging style, and be self-driven, having the initiative and business-smarts to get things done.
