 Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role:

Reporting into the Customer Service Manager - Investigate & Resolve, you will support the Customer Service Resolve team, deliver on its vision and goals by building a proud and successful team. Coaching, leading and developing Claims Representatives to become self-sufficient, high performers who are inspired to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This role can be based in any of our main centres Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Leadership and coaching of Claims Representatives
  • Improve the performance of the team by gathering meaningful insights, coaching, and managing.
  • Implement a consistent and national approach to claims management.
  • Compensation management
  • Operational and service excellence

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring that every member of your team is delivering on our brand promise and that their experience of our service results in today's customers becoming our business advocates tomorrow. Alongside the above, you'll couple this with; 

  • Proven ability to work across teams to enhance service quality and manage costs effectively.
  • Experienced in leading and motivating teams.
  • Knowledgeable in claims management processes
