Mail Officer – On Call | Dunedin | Where our customers come first

We are looking for new team members who can motivate and enable our customers. As a mail officer your role is critical in ensuring our customers' mail is sorted, processed, despatched correctly and delivered on time.

In this fast paced job, you will:

  • Sort our customer's parcels & freight to meet our service level agreements
  • Dispatch correctly to our couriers to ensure they can deliver on time
  • Handle freight in a careful and professional manner
  • Liaise with various internal contacts to solve problems and escalate where required

We are looking for great people who are:

  • Be available and flexible to work On Call (availability required Monday - Friday 1700 - 1930)
  • Natural team players that will put our customers first
  • Data entry/Administration background 
  • Accurate and have an eye for detail
