We are looking for a new team member who can motivate and enable our customers. As a mail officer your role is critical in ensuring our customers' mail is sorted into the correct PO Box on time

In this fast paced job, you will:

  • Sort our customer's mail into PO Boxes
  • Handle parcels/mail in a careful and professional manner
  • Liaise with various internal contacts to solve problems and escalate where required
  • Face to face interaction with our customers when they come to collect a parcel

We are looking for great people who are:

  • Available to work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 0630am - 0830am and Saturday 0615am - 0945am
  • Natural team players that will put our customers first
  • Enjoy a physically demanding role – heavy lifting is required
  • Accurate and have an eye for detail
  • Geographical experts in their local area
