In this dynamic role

 

  • Customer queries can be diverse and some complexity exists; you will act with the customer front of mind while working with our business policies and procedures to get the best possible outcomes
  • In our Call Centres it's about having fun and being part of others success, participating with your team and sharing your learnings and knowledge with others
  • We will provide you with the environment to problem solve and opportunity to chip in to continuous improvement, always looking for a way to do the same things better.

You know how to talk to customers to make them feel like we are on the same page and working towards a shared solution. 

Some of the key things you'll possess to successfully perform this role include:

  • Flexibility to work shift patterns from Monday to Friday between 7am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 12noon
  • Proven experience in a customer service, preferably in a large-scale call centre environment
  • Comfortable using and learning a range of computer platforms for customer communications
  • A natural ability to communicate with your team mates and customers, developing trust and understanding
  • You are solutions focused and confident when dealing with customer complaints.  You have the ability to make customers feel heard
  • You thrive working under-pressure, and see change as opportunity, making appropriate decisions with or without all the necessary information.
