Customer Service Representative | Taranaki | On Call

As a Customer Service Representative you will provide excellent frontline customer service, resolve customer queries and help our customers to source their parcels.

In this diverse role you will:

  • Take responsibility and respond to all Customer enquiries / complaints
  • Act with the customer front of mind while working with our business policies and procedures to get the best possible outcomes
  • Be provided with the environment to problem solve and opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement, always looking for a way to do the same things better.

Some of the key things you'll possess to successfully perform this role include: 

  • Must be available to work On Call (as required) between Monday - Saturday.
  • Excellent customer service skills, ideally with a background in admin, retail or hospitality
  • Basic administration/data entry skills
  • Confident interacting with people from all backgrounds via face to face, phone and email
