We are looking for new team members who can motivate and enable our customers. As a processing officer, your role is critical in ensuring our customers' mail is sorted, processed, dispatched correctly and delivered on time.

In this fast paced job you will: 

  • Sort our customer's mail & packets to meet our service level agreements
  • Dispatch correctly to ensure our teams can deliver on time
  • Handle mail and packets in a careful and professional manner
  • Liaise with various internal contacts to solve problems and escalate where required

We are looking for great people who are:

  • *Available to work one of these shifts:
  1.  Monday to Friday, 4.30pm – 6.30pm
  2.  Tuesday to Saturday, 2am – 6am
  • Enjoy a physically demanding role – you must be able to lift up to 20kgs
  • Accurate and have an eye for detail
  • Geographical experts in their local area
