As a Counter Officer you'll deliver a new level of service designed to achieve the best possible solutions for us and our customers.

In this dynamic role you will:

  • Help our customers who have come to collect parcels, and helping with any other questions and queries that they may have.
  • Interact with people from all walks of life and participate with your team in sharing your learnings and knowledge
  • Be in an environment where problem solve and opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement, always looking for a way to do the same things better.

Some of the key things you'll possess to successfully perform this role include:

  • Being available to work Tuesday to Friday, 8am – 5.30pm and Saturday 8am – midday.
  • A background in customer service which will equip you with the capabilities to deal with a diverse range of customer queries
  • Being comfortable lifting 30kgs on a regular basis
  • Ability to use a computer and pick up new systems and processes with ease
  • A natural ability to communicate will enable you to engage our customers with products and services that they need today.
  • Being able to work under-pressure, see change as opportunity and can make good decisions with or without all the necessary information
  • Decent geographical knowledge
