New Zealand Post is an iconic New Zealand business and we are committed to a future that meets our customers both physically and digitally.

We are charting a course towards a big future – we choose to be bold – and nothing will get in the way of delivering what our customers care about.

As a Customer Service Representative you'll deliver a new level of service designed to achieve the best possible solutions for us and our customers.

Are you passionate about getting it right for our customers and ensuring their experience is great, every time?

Some of the key things you'll possess to successfully perform this role include:

  • Be available to work Tuesday - Friday 6.30am – 1.30pm, and Saturday 7am – 11.00am
  • Using a computer and being able to pick up new systems and processes with ease
  • A natural ability to communicate will enable you to engage our customers with products and services that they need today.
  • You have the know-how to make customers feel heard and assured that you will find a solution for their problems and queries
  • You can work under-pressure, see change as opportunity and can make good decisions with or without all the necessary information

We set our new employees up for success by providing training and development including induction and on-the-job learning. We also love to recognise success – it's part of our culture. Teams regularly get together to celebrate successes, special occasions, events or just have fun.

Your opportunity could start right here. We are currently accepting application, so apply now!
