About the Role:
Here at NZ Post, we are revolutionising the way we deal with customer enquiries. We are embracing a multi-channel approach to increase effectiveness and work towards better outcomes for our customers and we're looking for talented individuals to help drive this change!
You will have ownership for managing complex customer queries from start to finish. Our main focus is the customer and ensuring we continue to deliver what New Zealanders care about, getting their parcels on time and with care!
The position works shift patterns from Monday to Friday between 7am-6pm and Saturday 8am -12pm.
