As a Fleet Coordinator you’ll work with a wide range of teams across our Auckland site providing a huge variety of administration support for us and our customers.

In this diverse role you will:

  • Provide fleet administration and support including entering and maintaining Courier database and compliance.
  • Manage and order equipment, stationery and supplies; arrange maintenance, repairs and installations.
  • Support the customer service team assisting with enquiries, complaints and sales.
  • Health and Safety reporting and build strong relationships across the group of contractor’s and delivery agents.

You’re passionate about getting it right for our customers and ensuring their experience is great, every time!

Some of the key things you’ll possess to successfully perform this role include:

  • Available to work Monday to Friday – 8am to 4.30pm and a good attendance record.
  • NCEA Level 3 or School Certificate and 3+ years administration, coordination and customer service experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience with the Microsoft suite and can pick up new systems and processes with ease.
  • Good geographical knowledge of the Auckland region, strong planning skills, attention to detail and highly organised.
  • A team player with strong attention to detail, ability to flex across a variety of tasks at once and prioritise with excellent problem solving aptitude.
  • Experience in logistics, freight or transport industry highly desired and sought after.
