Contact Centre Representative - East Tamaki, Auckland - Non standard hours

In this dynamic role, you will be accountable for your own exciting and varied portfolio in which you will manage complex customer queries through to resolution.  Unique to NZ post, you will have the opportunity to utilise a market leading CRM technology that is completely new to the New Zealand workplace to track your progress.  You will be supported to expand your skills across multiple business lines to propel your career forward in the contact centre world!

Some of the key things you'll possess to successfully perform this role include:

  • Availability to work Tues, Weds, Thurs between 6pm-10.30pm & Fri, Sat 10.30pm - 9am
  • Proven experience in a customer facing role, ideally using multiple channels of communication. 
  • A high level of organisation where you can juggle multiple priorities.
  • Adaptability where you can apply knowledge learnt to find solutions and independently resolve queries.
  • Proficiency using and learning a range of computer platforms for customer communications.
  • Experience in managing and tracking cases or tasks is advantageous.
