Service Delivery Coordinator l Albany - Full Time

We are looking for motivated people to join our team with a positive outlook and a great work ethic. We work hard as a team, where getting to know your colleagues and having fun on the way is all part of the role. As Service Delivery Coordinator, you are critical in engaging our workforce in the processing/delivery of our customer's mail and parcels in a timely and efficient way.

Here you'll experience a job with real variety;

  • Interact daily with Delivery Agents, Courier Drivers, Rural Delivery Contractors and Box lobby staff.
  • Organise and process redirections, holds and diversions of mail.
  • Assist with any customer queries
  • Process returned registered parcels or returned forms.
  • Organise and replenish supplies for the branch
  • Undertake vital administration tasks

If you've spent a lot of time working in a Postal, Delivery environment and are looking for a step up in your career we would love to hear from you. You will be joining our team during a peak period, so flexibility and the willingness to get thrown in the deep end is a must!

To be the ideal candidate for this role you will:

  • Be available to work Monday to Friday - 10.30am - 7pm
  • Have above average computer skills
  • Be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
  • Having an organised and methodical approach to your working style.
  • A background in warehousing, factory work or picking and packing would be ideal.
