Delivery Agent - Hamilton - A role like no other

Pushing the boundaries and innovating to meet the needs of our customers really comes to life in the Delivery Agent role.  Provide world class mail and parcel pickup and delivery. You will be operating an e-vehicle which is a ground breaking new approach.

In this dynamic job you will:

  • You will be the go to person out on the street interacting with our customers as you deliver their mail and parcels, collect signatures and focus and commit to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 
  • You will always be looking for opportunities to improve the way we deliver our services taking on customer feedback and using your initiative to provide solutions and continuous improvement. 

You're the kind of person that loves doing a great job and getting it right each and every time.  You look to raise the bar when it comes to customer experience and value a ‘one team' approach to getting the job done.

Some of the key things you'll possess to successfully perform this role include:

  • Availability to work Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 7am - 4.30pm. You may need to work overtime as an when required
  • A restricted or full NZ Driver's License
  • Proven customer service experience within a collaborative team environment
  • Great coordination, dexterity and sensory skills
  • And a natural ability to communicate with your team mates and customers which develops trust and understanding
