Temporary Mail Sorter to 30 December 2017 | Hamilton | Achieve something great

Contract roles until December Mail Sorter opportunities! Work from 2:30am to 7:30am. Do you want to work outside of the normal 9 to 5? If so, we are looking for committed new team members to join our fun environment! Come and be part of our high-energy team, hang-out with likeminded, lively people that help each other out. 

While starting work at 2:30am is not everyone's cup of tea – imagine working a 25-30-hour week and having your days free to do as you please – looking after the kids, studying or focusing on improving your fitness! This unique role must fit to your lifestyle. As a Mail Sorter, you are critical in ensuring mail is sorted, processed, despatched correctly to be delivered on time.

This includes:

  • Sorting parcels & freight accurately and on time
  • Dispatching mail to our Posties and Delivery Agents
  • Handling freight in a careful and professional manner
  • Liaising with your team to solve problems and escalate where required

In this role, you and the team are responsible for the smooth running of our delivery branches, ensuring our Posties and Delivery Agents receive the correct mail on time. From a supportive team environment, to training and development opportunities we can deliver you a great career!

  • Are flexible to work Monday to Saturday, 2.30am to 7.30am.
  • Are a team player with good communication skills and a genuine work ethic
  • Enjoy a physically demanding role – some heavy lifting may be required
  • Are accurate with an eye for detail
