As a Customer Service Representative you'll deliver a new level of service designed to achieve the best possible solutions for us and our customers.

In this dynamic role you will:

  • Customer queries can be diverse and some complexity exists; you will act with the customer front of mind while working with our business policies and procedures to get the best possible outcomes
  • We will provide you with the environment to problem solve and opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement, always looking for a way to do the same things better.
  • This role is customer facing

You're all about benefits not products, achievements not services. You know how to talk to customers to make them feel like we are on the same page and working towards a shared solution.

Some of the key things you'll possess to successfully perform this role include:

  • On-call availability Monday - Friday (occasional Saturdays) with the flexibility to extend hours during peak seasons
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is preferable and will equip you with the capabilities to deal with complex and diverse customer queries
  • You're comfortable using a computer and familiar with various packages
  • A natural ability to communicate with your team mates and customers which develops trust and understanding is key. You have a confident means of dealing with customer complaints and have the know-how to make customers feel heard and confident that you will find a solution for them no matter how complex their query
  • You can work under-pressure, see change as opportunity and can make good decisions with or without all the necessary information
