CourierPost are the leading courier service in New Zealand.  Based at our City Depot we now have a role available for a Card to Call Officer.

Do you have a high work ethic? New Zealand Post is looking for a new Card to call Officer!
This is a busy, varied Customer Services Officer role where you will be providing frontline customer service face to face and over the phone. You may also take on freight investigation duties which will involve liaison with customers, operations staff and couriers to problem solve. At busy times we will even ask you to help out on the floor so you must be flexible and willing to help out when required. 

Ideally you will have had previous experience in building customer relationships, as well as a drive for achieving results! We are looking for a team player who can really deliver in a fast paced and demanding environment. Previous experience in the freight and logistics industry is ideal but not essential. We are looking for someone who is:

  • Available to work one of the two shifts available Monday – Tuesday, Thursday - Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm and Saturday 8:15am – 12:15pm or Monday, Wednesday - Friday 8.30am - 6:00pm as well as Saturday 8:15am - 12:15pm 
  • Has resilience and a strong customer services background
  • Physically fit!
