Customer Service Specialist - East Tamaki, Auckland – start date in October!

New Zealand Post is taking a fresh new approach to the way we deal with customer enquiries! We are embracing a multi-channel approach to promote an enhanced level of service delivery and have multiple opportunities for talented individuals to come on board, take ownership and make a positive impact.

In this dynamic role, you will be accountable for your own exciting and varied portfolio in which you will manage customer queries through to resolution.  Unique to New Zealand Post, you will utilise a market leading CRM technology, completely new to the New Zealand workplace to track your progress.  This role will appeal to an individual who is looking to propel their career forward in the vibrant, contact centre world!

Some of the key things you'll possess to successfully perform this role include:

  • The flexibility to work shift patterns from Monday to Friday between 7am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 12noon - you will need to have full availability during these hours.
  • Proven experience in a customer facing role, ideally using multiple channels of communication. 
  • A high level of organisation where you can juggle multiple priorities.
  • Adaptability and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency using and learning a range of computer platforms for customer communications.
  • Experience in managing and tracking cases or tasks is advantageous.
