Workflow Coordinator | Highbrook

The role

Following an internal movement, we are now seeking a Workflow coordinator to take the reins and play a key part in ensuring we deliver on our agreed production targets.  Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be responsible for influencing and motivating the team to manage a constant flow of work and meet regular deadlines. 

Some of the key responsibilites and competencies of the position are: 

  • Leading by example and adopting a proactive approach that inspires our team and supports a proactive work culture.
  • Coordinating workload to ensure deadlines are met, processes are followed and issues are escalated to the appropriate channels.
  • Applying critical reflection to improve processes and procedures when appropriate.
  • Promoting a cohesive and welcoming work culture where team members are supported and valued.
  • Managing the allocation of resources and adjusting these to meet service level standards.
  • Observing and acting in accordance with all OH&S legislation.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years experience in a production or scheduling environment.
  • A hands on, action orientated mindset.
  • Experience or the potential to build relationships with staff and motivate them to act.
  • A common sense approach where you can think on your feet.
  • A passion for service delivery and working to daily deadlines.
