This role is responsible for leading the customer service team, monitoring performance, identifying trends and acting to improve results.  

Key to this role is people management. You'll have a strong focus on continuous improvement in service quality, and Health and Safety. You'll be leading general administration, customer service, claims & damages to achieve optimum branch performance.


What are we looking for?

  • Available to work Monday – Friday 7.45am to 4.15pm & Saturdays as requried.
  • Able to lead a team in a busy customer service environment
  • IT savvy 
  • Has resilience and a strong customer services background
  • Desirable – freight & logistics industry, but not essential
