If you have a passion for customer service and are looking for an excellent opportunity to launch or extend your corporate career then we want to hear from you! We are currently seeking Call Centre Representatives to work at our NZ Post office based in Highbrook East Tamaki.

About the role

In this dynamic role, you will be accountable for your own exciting and varied portfolio in which you will manage customer queries through to resolution.  Unique to New Zealand Post, you will utilise a market leading CRM technology, completely new to the New Zealand workplace to track your progress.  This role will appeal to an individual who is looking to propel their career forward in the vibrant, contact centre world!

You will be required to:

  • Actively listen to customer needs; providing them with the right solutions to queries
  • Escalate calls to appropriate internal teams and providing administration assistance
  • Take a genuine interest in each and every customer and provide them with exceptional service
  • Proactively assess customer needs and find the best solution for them
  • Be a collaborative, engaging and actively involved team player
  • Look to put forward your ideas and initiatives to continually improve our customer experience

What are we looking for?

  • Someone with proven call centre experience
  • Someone who is available to work shift patterns from Monday to Friday between 7am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 12 noon. The roster is set and cannot be changed.
  • Someone who is available to attend an assessment centre on Friday 24th May or Tuesday 28th May
  • Is an excellent spoken and written communicator
  • Has a high level of organisation where you can juggle multiple priorities
  • Team player with a positive personality
  • Has experience using and learning a range of computer systems for customer communications
  • Is passionate about the customer journey
  • Is self-motivated, with time management and organisational skills
  • Is able to pick up new technology and systems quickly and accurately
