About the role

We need someone who can do our delivery run on our PAXSTER e-vehicle, based out of our Porana Road delivery branch in Glenfield. This role would suit someone who can work independently and take control of their own deadlines to get the job done.  You will have a high impact on the communities that you deliver in and will represent the New Zealand Post brand.

This role is permanent full time and will see you working 4 shifts per week on a rotating roster. You are expected to be available from Monday through to Saturday from 7am to 4.30pm. 

About you

You will sort and organise letters and parcels at the branch and carry out your assigned delivery run each day to members of your communities.  You will need to stay on track come rain, hail or shine! Don't worry Health and Safety is a priority for us and wet weather gear will be provided. You will have high energy levels and love striking up conversations with customers.

We will be looking for:

  • Someone who is available to work 4 shifts per week on a rotating roster. You are expected to be available from Monday through to Saturday from 7am to 4.30pm. 
  • Face to face customer service experience
  • A good level of physical fitness - you may be required to lift up to 16kgs at any one time
  • A clean restricted/full NZ driver's license.
  • Flexible and reliable
