NZ post is revolutionising the way we deal with customer enquiries! We are embracing a multi-channel approach to enhance the way we respond to our customers to increase effectiveness and work towards better outcomes. 

In this dynamic role, you will be accountable for your own exciting and varied portfolio in which you will manage complex customer queries through to resolution.  Unique to NZ post, you will have the opportunity to utilise a market leading CRM technology that is completely new to the New Zealand workplace to track your progress.  You will be supported to expand your skills across multiple business lines to propel your career forward in the contact centre world!

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Be available to work the following shift pattern:
    Thursday 6pm - 10.30pm
    Friday 6pm – 10pm
    Saturday 12pm – 10.30pm
    Sunday 6.30pm – 10.30pm
  • Have proven experience in a customer facing role, ideally using multiple channels of communication. 
  • Have a high level of organisation where you can juggle multiple priorities.
  • Be able to apply knowledge learnt to find solutions and independently resolve queries.
  • Have proficiency using and learning a range of computer platforms for customer communications.
  • Have experience in managing and tracking cases or tasks is advantageous.
