About the role:

The primary focus of the Product Owner position is to deliver process and platform improvements that ensure the best return from the overall product ecosystem, driving efficiency & effectiveness initiatives by assuming end-to-end accountability for their product line.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions align with the business strategy.
  • Helping develop sometimes amorphous ideas into a clear, workable vision and roadmap.
  • Leveraging data for decision making and backlog prioritisation, ensure focus and readiness for build through scrum teams.
  • Communicating, cajole and wrangle the broader business to ensure successful, timely roll-outs.
  • Acting as the champion on technology initiatives by displaying a solid understanding of users, the market place, the competition and of future trends.

About you:

For us, it's about how you get things done, how you achieve great things and influence the people you work with.  Your proven experience in Agile product ownership and management experience will be key to your success, along with previous management of a product roadmap with multiple stakeholders.  You'll have excellent communications skills and a customer centric mindset, and  be used to working within Agile teams and have proven ability to deliver change focussed on value.
