Service Delivery Support | Part time - Permanent | AOC Auckland 

• $26.10 per hour paid fortnightly
• Saturday 6am to 12pm and Sunday 10am to 9pm 
• Permanent Part-Time

As a Service Delivery Support, you are critical in engaging our workforce in the processing/delivery of our customer's mail and parcels in a timely and efficient way. You will be based at at 23 Underwood Street, East Tamaki, Auckland.

Hours: 

Sat 6am to 12pm and Sunday 10am to 9pm 

About this role: 

• Daily interaction with delivery agents, courier drivers, Rural delivery drivers, customer service team and warehouse staff
• Monitor and improve productivity within the contracted delivery team
• Assist with customer queries
• Be involved with the team in decision making, outlining challenges and asking for solutions
• Undertake vital administration tasks

To be the ideal candidate for this role you will:

• Have intermediate level computer skills
• Confident interacting with people from all backgrounds via face to face, phone and email
• Experience in fleet management or logistics highly sort after but not essential as long as it's relatable
• Proven ability to work under-pressure, can make solid decisions without direction or resources
• Enjoy responsibility, strong problem solver, back yourself and not afraid to have tough conversations
• You rise to a challenge, welcome and embrace change and can work with ambiguity
