Service Delivery Coordinator | Full time - Permanent | Wellington

• $29.30 per hour paid fortnightly
• Monday to Friday: 09:30 - 18:00

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you are critical in engaging our workforce in the processing/delivery of our customer's mail and parcels in a timely and efficient way. You will be based at our Wellington Super Depot. 

Hours: 

Monday to Friday: 09:30 - 18:00 

About this role: 

• Daily interaction with delivery partners, additional/ relief drivers, customer service, operational and processing staff and other overlapping PCBU
• Monitor and improve compliance within the contracted courier fleet
• Assist with customer queries
• Be involved with the team in decision making, outlining challenges and asking for solutions
• Undertake vital administration tasks

To be the ideal candidate for this role you will:

• Have intermediate level computer skills
• Confident interacting with people from all backgrounds via face to face, phone and email
• Experience in fleet management or logistics highly sort after but not essential as long as it's relatable
• Proven ability to work under-pressure, can make solid decisions without direction or resources and have a eye for detail
• Ability to focus on all aspects of the task  or project, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy
• Enjoy responsibility, strong problem solver, back yourself and not afraid to have tough conversations
• You rise to a challenge, welcome and embrace change and can work with ambiguity
