Customer Service Representative | Fixed Term

• Fixed Term till 30th June 2025
• Location: 35 Union East Street, Whangarei
• $26.84 per hour paid fortnightly
• Monday to Friday: 0830 to 1730 with a 60 minute lunch break

Working at our Whangarei Depot,  our Customer Service Representatives deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers at our front counters and by phone.  You'll champion our products and services, provide suggestions and access information for our customers.   Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills.   

We're a lively bunch, with a diverse set of skills, but we all share one common goal - to contribute to contribute to the growth and prosperity of our beautiful Aotearoa.

What we need from you: 

• Be available to work between 0830 and 1730 Monday to Friday
• Problem solving skills – can you think on the fly and find the best outcomes?
• Administration and data entry skills
• Confidence to interact with people from all backgrounds face to face, phone and email
