Charge Hand - Permanent | Auckland Wiri

Your previous experience in an operational environment will stand you in good stead and a fork-hoist licence will be required. It goes without saying that you will have a commitment to excellence and proactive attitude to a team providing services at the highest possible standard.

As a Charge Hand you will be required to:  

• Work 40 hours a week Tuesday - Saturday 00:30am - 09:00am
• Hold a valid forklift license 
• Commute to our Wiri, Auckland depot
• Manage the daily performance of your team
• Ensure that courier products, parcels and mail are sorted according to set KPI's and criteria.
• Work closely with the Processing Operations Leader to ensure that our actions are consistently smooth, efficient and safe during the shift.
• Support the staff and give clear directions to the team.
• Perform daily warehouse tasks as required
