About the Role:

You will have ownership for managing complex customer queries. As an essential service, our main focus is the customer and ensuring we continue to deliver what New Zealanders care about, getting their parcels on time and with care!
Based in Highbrook, you'll be on a 40 hour roster between Monday to Friday 7am-6pm and Saturday 8am -12midday.
