Mail Officer | Waikato Box Lobby | Where our customers come first

We are looking for new team members who can motivate and enable our customers. As a mail officer, your role is critical in ensuring our customers' mail is sorted, processed, dispatched correctly and delivered on time.

In this fast paced job, you will:

  • Sort our customer's parcels & letters into PO Boxes 
  • Handle items in a careful and professional manner
  • Liaise with various internal contacts to solve problems and escalate where required 
  • Provide top-notch customer service as needed, some customer facing is required in this role so great customer service skills go without saying

We are looking for great people who are

  • Available to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 6am-9am & Saturday 7am-12pm
  • Autonomous workers that will put our customers first
  • Enjoy a physically demanding role – some heavy lifting is required
  • Accurate and have an eye for detail
