Ever wondered about the magic behind parcel delivery? It's a tale of teamwork, cutting-edge and data-led technology, and some truly awesome people. All united by one mission – to deliver for New Zealand. Ready to be a part of that story? Let's go!

Kōrero mō te tūranga – About the role

Our Processing Officers create the magic by sorting, consolidating and dispatching parcels and freight at our McArtney Street branch, ready for our couriers to deliver.   We're a lively bunch, with a diverse set of skills, but we all share one common goal - to contribute to the growth and prosperity of our beautiful Aotearoa.

Our On Call employees are a vital part of our business.  You can be called on to cover staff sickness, leave or to assist us with our peak delivery periods.   Its a great way to get work / life balance!  Want to see what our Processing Officers do?  Check out this clip to get an insight into a day in the life:  https://youtu.be/sjTzvEDRUaY
