Organisational Development Lead
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
At NZ Post, we know our success starts with our people. As an Organisational Development Lead, you'll help shape the future of leadership and talent across the business, supporting leaders to grow, developing future capability, and ensuring we have the talent and succession pipelines needed for long-term success.
Joining our Organisational Development and Talent team on a fixed-term (parental leave) basis through to March 2028, you'll work across the business to design and embed talent, succession and leadership initiatives that enhance organisational performance, support transformation, and create great experiences for our people. This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking with practical delivery while making a tangible impact on NZ Post's future capability.

Mōu - About you
As an experienced organisational development practitioner, you combine strategic thinking with practical delivery. Comfortable working at both an enterprise and operational level, you can see the bigger picture while also rolling up your sleeves to design, facilitate and embed initiatives that make a meaningful difference. You build credibility quickly, develop strong relationships, and confidently influence stakeholders from frontline leaders through to executives.
You'll bring deep expertise in talent management, succession planning and leadership development, along with a genuine passion for helping people, teams and organisations thrive. You're skilled at navigating complexity, using data and insights to inform decisions, and translating ideas into practical solutions that create lasting impact.
Just as important, you'll enjoy working as part of a highly collaborative team that values shared success over individual achievement. You actively look for opportunities to connect your work with broader organisational priorities, contribute to the success of others, and build strong partnerships across the business. You'll be energised by working with people who are passionate about making a difference and committed to helping NZ Post grow the leadership and capability needed for the future.
