Talent Enablement Lead
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
At NZ Post, we care about attracting, developing and retaining great people who help us deliver for Aotearoa every day. As our Talent Enablement Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in creating the systems, processes, tools and insights that enable best-practice talent acquisition and internal mobility across the business. You'll work across People teams, leaders and external partners to improve how we attract talent, strengthen candidate experiences and build talent capability for the future.
This is a highly influential role for someone who enjoys improving how things work. You'll lead key talent initiatives, optimise recruitment technology, use market and workforce insights to shape decisions, and drive meaningful improvements that make hiring simpler, more effective and more inclusive across NZ Post.
You'll do that by:
Mōu - About you

While you're no longer focused on running recruitment processes yourself, your credibility comes from deep Talent Acquisition experience and a genuine understanding of the challenges, opportunities and trends shaping the profession today.
You enjoy looking at the bigger picture and finding better ways of working. Whether it's improving processes, optimising technology, enhancing employer brand, lifting capability or using data to influence decisions, you're motivated by creating lasting improvements that have impact across an organisation. You'll be equally comfortable partnering with senior leaders, collaborating with People teams and working with external providers to drive meaningful change.
You'll bring energy, pragmatism and a strong delivery mindset. You're someone who can balance strategy with action, build support for new ideas and bring people on the journey to achieve better talent outcomes.
You'll combine that with:
