Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
We're looking for a Network Resource Optimisation Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring NZ Post's network has the right people, in the right place, at the right time. Working within our Network Management team, you'll lead labour and resource planning activities that support efficient operations across our Customer Service Delivery network
Using operational forecasts, historical trends and performance data, you'll develop workforce plans that optimise capacity, improve productivity and support service targets. You'll work closely with Network Design Specialists, operational leaders and a range of stakeholders to ensure resource plans align with network changes, business priorities and future growth requirements.
