MOS Specialist
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
At NZ Post, delivering for Aotearoa takes great people, clear processes and strong operational discipline. As our MOS Specialist, you'll play a key role in the design, development and ongoing evolution of our Management Operating System (MOS) across Customer Service Delivery. You'll play a leading role in embedding the MOS across the business, ensuring new ways of working are adopted, sustainable and deliver real operational value.
