Continuous Improvement Specialist - Processing

At NZ Post, we're committed to finding smarter ways to deliver for Aotearoa. As a Continuous Improvement Specialist - Processing, you'll play a key role in improving operational performance across our Processing network by leading continuous improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives that enhance safety, service, quality and efficiency.
Working closely with operational leaders, frontline teams and the wider Continuous Improvement teams, you'll identify opportunities, solve complex operational challenges and embed sustainable improvements that deliver measurable results. From process analysis and optimisation through to implementation and governance, you'll help create consistent ways of working that improve outcomes for our people, customers and the business.
This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role where you'll combine Lean Six Sigma methodologies, operational insight and data-driven decision making to improve how work gets done across Processing operations.

You'll be someone who enjoys understanding how complex operations work and finding practical ways to improve them. You build strong relationships, communicate confidently and can influence stakeholders at all levels while bringing people on the journey through change.
You'll bring experience delivering continuous improvement, process optimisation and operational excellence initiatives within processing, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain or other operational environments. You're naturally curious, data-driven and passionate about creating lasting improvements that enhance performance, consistency and customer outcomes.
