At NZ Post, our delivery teams connect people, businesses and communities every day. As a Continuous Improvement Specialist - Last Mile, you'll play a key role in helping our operations perform at their best by leading improvement initiatives that enhance safety, service and efficiency across our delivery network. You'll work closely with operational leaders to identify opportunities, solve problems and embed sustainable improvements that make a lasting impact.
This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role where you'll combine data, insight and operational experience to improve how work gets done. From designing better processes to supporting network-wide initiatives, you'll help create consistent ways of working that improve outcomes for our people, customers and communities.

You build strong relationships easily, communicate with confidence and can bring people on the journey when implementing change. You'll be equally comfortable working with frontline teams and operational leaders, always focused on practical solutions that improve day-to-day performance.
You'll bring continuous improvement experience from a logistics, delivery, service or operational environment, along with a strong process mindset and a passion for making things better. You know how to turn data and insights into action, and you're motivated by seeing improvements take hold and create positive outcomes for both people and performance.
