Kōrero mō te tūranga – About the role
Working at our Palmerston North - Terrace End Retail Branch, our Customer Service Representatives deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers via email and phone. You'll deal with damaged and undelivered freight items, connect with customers and delivery partners, and manage the administration involved with keeping this busy site humming! This role will keep you fit as you will be lifting freight up to 25kgs and be on your feet for the whole shift. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills.
Our On Call Customer Service Representatives are an essential part of our business as we call on them to assist us as and when required. You might be called in to cover illness, extended leave or help us our during our peak delivery periods. It's a great way to balance work and lifestyle!
On Call availability: between Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:45pm & Saturday 8:30am-12:15pm
