You're a natural leader of leaders, known for your empathy, pragmatism and ability to influence. You build trust quickly, navigate stakeholder complexity with ease, and create an environment where people and ideas can thrive. You're also energised by what's next, from the application of AI to new ways of working, and how these can be applied in real, practical ways.
