Based at our Auckland - Botany Box Lobby, our Mail Officer's deliver an exceptional level of customer service dealing with inquiries, requests, or complaints from customers at our front counters and Box Lobby's. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills.
We're a lively bunch, with a diverse set of skills, but we all share one common goal - to contribute to contribute to the growth and prosperity of our beautiful Aotearoa.

On Call Availability:
Monday to Saturday - 03:30am - 07:30am or 10:30am - 15:30pm
What we need from you:
Be available to cover shifts across Monday to Saturday - 03:30am - 07:30am or 10:30am - 15:30pm
Reliable transport to get to and from work
Problem solving skills – can you think on the fly and find the best outcomes?
Administration and data entry skills
Confidence to interact with people from all backgrounds face to face, phone and email
