People Advisor
Kōrero mō te tūranga – About the role
As a People Advisor with us, you'll sit at the heart of our People Advisory Practice, supporting leaders across the business with practical, timely HR advice and solutions.
You'll work across a broad range of employee relations matters, building trusted relationships while helping leaders confidently navigate people challenges. It's a varied, hands-on role where you'll take ownership of cases end to end, while also contributing to continuous improvement and supporting how we deliver People services across a shared service model.
You'll achieve this by:

You're a pragmatic and people-focused HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, operational environment. You bring confidence in handling ER matters, coupled with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships across a diverse workforce, including unions.
You're equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to manage complex cases as you are stepping back to identify improvements and support better ways of working. You communicate clearly, think commercially, and take ownership for delivering quality outcomes.
