People Advisor – Project Delivery
Kōrero mō te tūranga – About the role
This is a unique opportunity to step into a key role supporting the transition of people administration and HR processes to a new delivery model. You'll work at the heart of a high profile transformation, helping design, document and embed processes while ensuring a smooth and successful handover.
Alongside this project focus, you'll also contribute to day‑to‑day advisory support, giving you broad exposure across People operations. It's a hands‑on role where you'll balance doing, designing, and enabling others to succeed.
